1) Pre Design

  • Project Scope & Goals

  • Site Analysis & Site Survey

  • Zoning & Code Analysis

2) Schematic Design

  • As Built Drawings

  • 3D Renderings

  • Schematic Design

3) Construction Documents

  • Permit Set

  • Structural Information

  • Stamped Drawings

4) Bidding

  • All bids are provided by Contractors

  • First Bid at Schematic Design

  • Second Bid at Permit Set

  • Project Total at Completion of Build

5) Construction Administration & Architectural Detailing

  • Includes coordination with the Contractor and occasional site visits, depending on the stage of the project.

  • Provide additional drawing-based documents as needed for completion of the project

6) Interior Architectural Services & Interior Design

  • Specifications for all fixed items provided by Architect

  • Any furnishings or loose items are considered Interior Design elements will be quoted separately. If requested, this service will be consulted out to an Interior Designer.
